1. What are your payment methods?
   We accept VISA/Mastercards and PayNow/bank transfer.

2. Do you ship overseas? 
   We only ship locally and do not offer international shipping at the moment.

3. Can I exchange or refund an item?

4. I need to amend my order after I submitted, can I do so?
   We aim to ship your order as soon as we receive the confirmation. Should there be any changes, please email us at playspace.sg@gmail.com. We will do our best to accommodate. However, if the order has been shipped, any changes will be subjected to our Exchange & refunds policy. 

5. How long does it take for my order to arrive?
   For in-stock items, your order will be processed in 1-2 business days. Parcels will be packed, dispatched and shipped within 3-7 business days. Please look out for a shipping confirmation email from us. Please click here for more shipping information. 

6. Do I have to pay first for a pre-order item?
   Yes, this is to make sure the item is yours and yours only!
